No refunds are taken into account.

However, we do our utmost to meet the needs of our customers by offering the possibility of exchange.

At 4cus, we work hard to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.

If you find that the size you ordered doesn't quite fit due to an error in selection—either too big or too small—we are happy to facilitate an exchange process.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the package to us.

To complete the exchange process, the customer will have to send the item back to our warehouse between 15 days, at their expense.

Once we receive the item, we will ship out the correctly sized item or an item of the same product in a different color or size, provided it is the same total price as the original item.

Please note, exchanges are only applicable for items of equal value; if you wish to exchange for a different item, it will be processed as a new purchase.

In order to be eligible for exchange, the item must be intact in its original packaging.

After receipt, we will check that the item has not been worn.

Any discounts applied to the original order can still be applied to the exchange, as long as the items remain the same.

6. Out-of-Stock Items

If an item goes out of stock, we may offer a pre-order option to allow you to secure your product before it's restocked. When this happens, production or restocking will begin immediately, and your order will be shipped as soon as the product is available.
